Renting

When renting an office it is vital that you ask questions.

By asking questions you let the renter know that you are interested in renting and makes them willing to work with you more to get you into their property.

When renting an office there are always questions to be asked. Is there parking? Is there mail service? Utilities? Surveillance? Is my access to the property limited?

So do your research and ask questions. Even try and talk the price down you never know what you can get when negotiate.
You should also always remember to be calm and respectful when talking with a property owner. If you are rude and disrespectful to him he may not try to do all he can to help you move in.
